Senior Volunteer Opportunities

Plugging into a meaningful role within an organization brings life satisfaction at any age, but the latest science shows that this kind of engagement can lead to improved heath and happiness in older adults.

Participation in volunteering has been associated with increased quality of life and life satisfaction as well as a decreased likelihood of being depressed. Staying active in a meaningful way can energize seniors and keep them mentally sharp and physically fit as they age.
